Yes — every supplier list is checked before it's published. We only include suppliers we'd use ourselves.
Your supplier list only appears on the confirmation page after checkout and isn't emailed to you, so save or bookmark that page when you get it. If you've lost access, open a ticket in our Discord or contact support with your order details and we'll sort it out.
All sales are final once you've viewed your supplier list. That said, if a listed supplier turns out to be unresponsive or delisted, email support within 30 days and we'll swap in a verified replacement at no extra cost. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
