2. What we sell

We sell digital, informational supplier-contact lists (and, for the Elite Bundle, a resell guide) for wholesale/reselling categories. Content is delivered electronically and unlocked instantly on the confirmation page after payment is confirmed through Stripe. We don't sell or ship any physical goods.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's operation;
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the supplier lists or guide content you receive.

4. No guaranteed results

Outcomes from sourcing and reselling using the suppliers or guidance we provide depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and the suppliers themselves. We don't guarantee any specific sales, profit, or other result.

5. Intellectual property

All content available through the Service — supplier lists, the resell guide, site text, and design — is owned by RatedSuppliers or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or resell this content without our prior written permission.

6. Not affiliated with any brand

RatedSuppliers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any consumer brand or trademark that may be referenced or implied by our category names (for example, “watches” or “luxury accessories”). Category names are used descriptively only.

7. Changes to these terms
